The God we Trust

Character, Education and leadership:

Who am I?I am Fran Moghaddam, a conservative Christian grassroots leader and long term Tulsa resident for 32 years. I support
pro life and pro marriage between one man and one woman, and the right to keep and bear arms.

I grew up in a privileged family and raised two well educated successful sons, who have raised my two grandsons the same way,
and I am proud of my family values. I earned my B.S. degree in University of Tulsa in 1983; an AA in Business Administration from Will Roger College in 1980. I was honored with the privilege of political asylum by the United States Government in 1985,
and attained U. S. Citizenship in 1993. I am #118 Precinct Caucus Chairwomen.

I am very proud of my active role in service to the community. I served on the Mayor’s Task Force regarding issues pertaining to parenting, public safety and environmental issues. Certainly with 9-11 in America’s history, public safety issues are at the forefront of future planning.

Telling the Truth, Makes You Release:

As a Loyal Republican and an avid admirer of President George W. Bush, I ran for State Senate District 25 office in 2004 and for the US Congress 1st District in 2006 and 2008, because I believe that only the republican party can successfully lead our state and our nation through this difficult and dangerous time, and because so many good people within the party, including President George W Bush, encouraged me to do so. I decided to run in the primary, though I did not win, I do not regret my decision to participate...
Because I know that I did not lose.

What I do regret is the disparaging behavior of the Tulsa County Republican Committee and in particular, its chairmen and some other republicans in name only, like the Tulsa Beacon newspapers who miss led my ad for my health care rally last year and did not put my name in his news paper as a candidate with Nathan Dahm and claim that nobody like me and support me….. Beyond whatever personal hurt I may have felt, "I am not my pain- I am not my past I am that which has emerged from the fire "matt, 15:10 I was deeply concerned because I know how badly such behavior undermines our party and our cause. View the links we cannot fool God if we ………..and 2008 tools primary.

On October 15, 2009, my candidacy was officially announced at the Hilton Tulsa Southern Hills by the Oklahoma Republican Party and State Chairman Gary Jones, with Special Guest Speaker former Congressman J.C. Watts. My candidacy also was announced at a recent Tulsa County Republican rally while they did not provided me the same information that they provided for the other candidates, and the result was poll #!!

“My desire is that all Christian Conservatives" church" support voter’s rights. I also want all concerned citizens in the 1st district to receive their candidate’s campaign materials and phone messages. I want every candidate’s name to appear on the ballets in right order and citizen vote’s count. I ask for the Tulsa County Republican GOP to provide all necessary information to all candidates,
and we need media fairness for the sake of our voters’ rights, and our party.”

I am a business owner in the insurance field since 1987. I have an extensive background in the widely debated insurance market and have firsthand knowledge of the real concerns facing citizens today, especially our senior citizens, veterans and American Indians.
I have donated my time, money, knowledge and experience in campaigns for numerous republican candidates, both federal, state government, and presidential candidates for the last 20 years. I've also successfully collaborated with conservative democratic government officials regarding national health care in 1994, when Hillary Clinton was visiting our state and campaigning for her heath care plan. Otherwise we had national health care since that time.

I am a member of the Republican National Committee, the Senatorial Committee, and a nominated life member in the Republican National Committee and honor the no fewer than 27,000 Republican men and women who were compliant in 2006. As a strong supporter of GOP since 2004 I received several highest and high honors and Certificates of MERIT, and Certificates of Appreciation for my dedication, sacrifice and commitment from President George W. Bush, Vice President Dick Cheney, and RNC Chairmen.
(Visit my Credentials)

I'm a member of local republican clubs; the Rotary Club, Eagle Forum, American Value and a number of conservative groups, as well as involved with the World War Two Veterans’ Club. I am a strong supporter of Christians United for Israel and Tea Party Express III.”

I am honest and dedicated to our citizens and our country. Through my toughest experiences as a woman and an immigrant from a
non-western country, I bring an element of diversity lacking in our party. Our leaders and our president from President George W. Bush down frequently emphasized the need for us to reach out to voters beyond the white male and native born mainstream. I support our party’s principles of civil reform, human rights, and respect for our Constitution and have always pursued basic republican values.
I believe that God allows us to experience problems for the purpose of building our character and moral fiber (Romans 5:3-4).

I've acquired working knowledge of international languages, Europeans’ national health care plans and lifestyles, inflation,
government control, Middle East religions, customs, economics and politics.

People who have known me for 32 years know my passion for the children and understand my deep desire to serve and help others,
and know about my substantial understanding of health care, and other issues.

I am eternally grateful to my almighty God and the United States for my many blessings. I want to give back to my God chosen home, the United States of America, by serving on the U.S. House of Representatives, to represent our great nation to the Europeans and Middle East country.

My mission is to bring compassion, compromise, cooperation and care to the table, with respect and the discipline to resolve our domestic issues.

Experience and Knowledge:

What I have done? Since I became an insurance provider (Broker), my passion has been to insure all Americans with affordable health care with a special emphasis on senior citizens, veterans and American Indians because it is the moral and ethical thing to do, not to just make money and have a successful business. Through my work I've become very familiar with the problems of small businesses and have learned a great deal about the complex issues regarding health care. It was my concern with this specific issue (health care) that let me into polities in the first place, and from my observation of the problems of relatives who live in Europe and countries with government-run national health services. I knew that the kind of health care system proposed by the Clintons would have been wrong for this country.

"You can't put a price tag on an American dream. That dream is the heart and soul of Americans, it is the promise that keeps our nation forever good and generous, a model and hope to the world," Ronald Reagan

In 1992, Senator Don Nickels approached Oklahoma healthcare brokers at our Oklahoma underwriting anniversary luncheon for input regarding our nation's healthcare system. Being an insurance broker, I was eager to comply. My response to Senator Nickel's request was well-received, and other elected officials including Senator Boren and then Congressman Inhofe set forth my view on this crucial issue. Based upon these positive endorsements I was asked by an insurance industry group to participate in demonstrations and meetings at the State Capitol. I had lengthy and fruitful discussions with State Representatives Glover "speaker of the house pro" and Laura Boyd. This led in turn to my preparation of material in anticipation of Hillary Clinton's visit to our state in 1994 to campaign for her healthcare plan. I am thankful to Oklahoma's conservative democrat elected officials who accepted my opinion letter and documents, for the sake of our freedom and our economy. I am honored that my democratic opponents respect my passion and hard work and support me.

The issues of greatest concern to me, because they affect many of our citizens’ lives, are as follows:

** Strong Defense. Without security, nothing else matters.

** Healthcare reform which is tied to our freedom and our economy;

I will work to reform our healthcare system to ensure high quality, affordable health care with better access for all. I am an advocate of providing the best nationwide health care system with the competitive rates and options of benefits designed for different needs of coverage with high emphasis on senior citizens, veterans, American Indian, and to reduce the cost of medicine.

*** We need to encourage and support farmers who provide healthy (organic) products for healthier population.

** Fiscal Discipline: I operate under the principle of encouraging our government to use fiscal discipline to stop overspending, corruption, special interests, Fraud and, lobbyists. We should create a fair tax system, grow the economy and provide more jobs.
My nickname is 'Fair' and my middle name is 'Discipline.'

** Marriage, family, parenting and education are all related. We must enhance parenting skills to prevent children from facing current problems. By challenging and improving education standards we provide our children with greater future opportunities, and better meet teachers' needs. The family is the heart of our nation. We need to strengthen marriage and the family by improving family educational resources.

** Energy dependency: We need to reduce our dependency upon foreign oil. Since we receive 60% of our oil from other countries,
we must continue our search for new energy resources within the United States, by DRILLING now and supporting the development of new technology in this area.

** Illegal Immigration - The damage has been done for over 3o years. We need to secure our borders, with our neighbor’s cooperation.

** Strong immigration Law – As far as the illegal immigrants that are already here, we need to identify them and deal with the people who are responsible for way.

Remember, it's congress that makes the law, not the President. One person can make a big difference!

Let’s start now: Congress has voted them a $4,700 raise. Yet they voted to not give you a social security cost of living raise in 2010 and 2011. Your Medicare premiums will go up $ 285.60 for the 2 years and you will not get 3% COLA: #660/yr.
Do congressmen care about our constitution?

Proposed 28th Amendment to United Sates constitution:

Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the senators and/or representatives; and, congress shall make no law that applies to the senators and/or representatives that do not apply equally to the citizens of the United States.

” I have wondered at times about what the Ten Commandment Looked Like if Moses had run them through the U.S. Congress.”
Ronald Reagan”

Limited Government:

“The most terrifying words in the English language are; I'm from the government and I'm here to help." Ronald Reagan
